Overview
To support faster order processing and improve field productivity (JTI) partnered with
IBEX Solutions to implement a mobile sales force automation system powered by
Zebra mobile computers and portable printers.
The solution enables JTI sales representatives to capture orders digitally and print
invoices instantly at retail locations, improving operational efficiency and customer
service during field visits.
The Challenge
JTI’s field sales teams visit a large number of retail outlets daily. The traditional workflow
required manual order processing and delayed invoice generation, which created
several operational challenges:
1- Manual order entry increased the risk of errors
2- Invoices were often generated after the visit rather than on-site
3- Sales representatives spent additional time on administrative tasks
4- The process slowed down interactions with retailers
JTI required a reliable mobile solution that would allow the sales team to process
